People who have natal planets, especially personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars) in the 12th house resonate with the idea of being misunderstood, and have an understanding of the way the 12th house hides energy. But we all can understand the misunderstanding of the 12th house because we all have a sign on the 12th house cusp that gets impacted by the 12th house energy.
The areas of life ruled by the sign on your 12th house cusp can be hidden, difficult for you to manifest consciously, causing you to feel uncomfortable with these areas. You can see subconscious issues play out with these areas, and you have karma and baggage that has to be worked on. That’s just the way it is for the 12th house, and none of us can escape it.
With Aries on the 12th house cusp, you can struggle with being assertive and taking charge. With Taurus, you can struggle with being patient and living in the moment. With Gemini, you can struggle with harnessing your mental energy and communicating openly. With Cancer, you can struggle with expressing and understanding emotions. With Leo, you can struggle with getting attention or letting loose. With Virgo, you can struggle with the mundane and daily life. With Scorpio, you can struggle with the darker side to yourself, and making transformations. With Sagittarius, you can struggle with having the freedom you want and expanding your life. With Capricorn, you can struggle with responsibility, maturity, discipline, or planning ahead. With Aquarius, you can struggle with being an individual or unique, or feeling that you belong. With Pisces, you can struggle with sacrificing too much or too little, hiding your feelings, or being imaginative. Since Pisces is the natural ruler of the 12th house, this position is the easiest and has the least problems (as long as you have no planets in the 12th house or Pisces).
How can you help find a way to express the sign on the 12th house? Look to the house that sign naturally rules and focus on manifesting that house, sign, and planets as best as you can.
Another less obvious way you can be impacted by the 12th house is when you have a personal planet in the 11th house, but the sign of that planet is on the 12th house cusp. Your personal planet isn’t in the 12th house, but the sign is, almost dragging that planet into the 12th house energy because you want to express the energy of that planet through the sign it’s in, but the sign it’s in is on the 12th house cusp, which makes it difficult for you to do. It’s very similar to having the planet in the 12th house, but is more and less complicated. The fact that the planet is in the 11th house means you have the 11th house energy you can use to express that planet, which can make it easier compared to a planet purely in the 12th house since you have an avenue to openly use the planetary energy. It also complicates things though because you have to consider both the 11th and 12th house with that planet.

You are absolutely correct about H12. It also represents 2nd of 11th (bank of metirial success), 12 th of 1st (negation of body appearance), 5th of 8th (action of mental impulse) and finally 4th of 9th (concious mental status of destiny). Thanks & Gd luck.
