Mercury represents the querent. It is peregrine in Aries and in the 11th house of hopes and wishes, has no applying aspects. Mercury is also slow in motion, recovering after the retrograde period, which traditionally is considered an affliction.

Remembering Saturn in the 2nd house, I think there are little chances for the questioner to be able to make enough money this year in order to buy a condo. However, this judgement doesn't say that this won't be possible next year.

Mercury and the Sun are in Aries and the 11th house, indicating that the questioner has set high targets and expectations. However at this moment, Mercury is slow in motion and pergrine, meaning that the questioner is not prepared yet to make that money.
