This chart seems quite clear... Terri Schiavo is represented in the 7th house, information on her death in the turned 8th house from the 7th, that is the radix 2th house.

Saturn, the natural ruler of death is located in the 7th house;
Saturn is also the traditional ruler of the turned 8th house of death;
the Moon, Terri's ruler is in the radix 8th, opposing the modern turned 8th house ruler, Uranus, giving a 'No' answer to the question "Will she live?"
last aspect of the Moon is a square to Pluto, ruler of the turned 4th house, the end of life ...
