Astrology: Time & Zodiac correlations

I have recently read A.T. Mann's book "The Elements of Reincarnation" (Element Books Ltd, 1995) and the author gives a table which relates any historical time with a degree of the zodiac.

If confirmed by practice, this is a major advancement in astrology, the biggest of the last years, just like the astro*carto*graphy was a several decades ago. If the latter refers to a projection of an astrological chart in space, on the surface of the Earth, A.T. Mann's theory projects the astrological chart in time.

The major application of this theory is a quick and accurate identification and timing of the previous lifes that relate to the current one. This is done by considering that every planet (+ Ascendant, Midheaven) in the natal chart represent a previous life. The nature of the planet indicates the main activity in that life, while the planet's degree refers to the time when it happened. (see the table below)

A recent application and confirmation of this theory is represented by the election of a new Pope. The 115 cardinals entered the Sistine Chapel in order to elect the Pope to replace the late John Paul II on April 18, 2005, at 4:26 pm CED (Vatican, Rome, Italy). The Ascendant of the chart erected for that moment is at 18Vir49. By interpolation, from the table, we are sent back in time to the year 41 A.D., a time when the Apostle Paul was actively involved in missionary work by oral and written transmission of message and story of Jesus. A Pope is required to do exactly the same thing, to continue Apostle Paul's work. This accuracy is quite amazing, to say the least. (see the chart in the article named: New Pope Election)
