A Grand Quintile is a rare occurrence. In October 2004 there are two - one on Oct 1 and the second on Oct 28. The Sabian Symbols of the Grand Quintile for Oct 28 2004 at 11:17 PM GMT indicate some major changes coming up.
On October 28, the Grand Quintile is formed of the Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto and Uranus.

In both grand quintiles (October 1 and 28) the Moon was at 15 degrees of Taurus, closing the pattern, so we could consider it as a key factor in this grand quintile.

I think that people with aspects to the 15 Taurus Moon of the grand quintile are more prone to feel deeply the effects of this configuration. (I have the Moon at 15 Cancer, in sextile)
Also, as the pentagram is a pattern associated with Venus, this whole configuration is Venus-like, so check out the position of Venus in your chart in order to see how you will integrate or use this energy in your life.
